Maureen's BMG360 story began in 2012, when the organization had fewer than 20 team members. Starting as a media assistant, she has evolved her role alongside BMG360's growth and transformation. Maureen's journey took her from media assistant to managing major branded accounts. Her versatility shone as she wore various hats, including conducting employee interviews, which sparked her passion for people. Recognizing her passion, Maureen pursued courses in Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement. Maureen's dedication to BMG360's development led to the creation of our People function and HR development. Her decade-long experience with our DNA makes her the natural fit for VP of Human Resources. Outside of work, Maureen can be found traveling (primarily along the I-95 corridor) and crafting unnecessarily large charcuterie boards.

His expertise includes AI-enabled creative production, omnichannel branding, and influencer marketing. She helps brands turn content into measurable results by blending SEO, storytelling, and performance marketing to build trust and drive growth. What she enjoys most about the industry is the balance of creativity and analytics, crafting stories that resonate while ensuring every campaign drives tangible results.
